A small family-run pasta factory in the heart of the Salento, Nardò.
The family selects local grains to bring into your dishes the flavors and the aromas of this wonderful land.
We have selected for you a traditional pasta: "I Maritati" (a dialect word meaning "married").
It is the union of two pasta types: the famous "orecchiette" with small macaroni.
