Obtained from leaving the Valpolicella wine for 20/25 days in contact with the dried grape skins left from the Amarone production, this wine is ruby coloured with hints of garnet, has notes of red fruit with a light vanilla fragrance and a dry, harmonious, velvety taste.
When we perceive the word "home" in the company name, our sixth-sense is activated and hardly mistaken.
Perched like a modern fief in the hills near Verona and not far from Soave, we found this casket of hospitality, where you are greeted by the hosts in delightful rooms and then pampered with the tasting of their wines and their oil.
