Not too far from the town of San Marzano, which gave its name to one of the most famous tomatoes cultivars in the world!

This area is "golden triangle" for pasta too, with Gragnano, the Capital of Pasta, close to Torre Annunziata, not far from the charming Sorrento.

We have selected for you this family-run pasta maker, where even the grandchildren of the owner help (well, they actually play, but...).
Perseverance with the use of a traditional cooking and drying technique, nowadays adopted only by a few, and the selection of local grains do the rest.
It's a pasta that "remains" in your mouth for its intense flavour and aroma.
It is a perfect match for a simple tomato sauce and the best ally of any full-body sauce.
